Exclusive Buyers Agreement

This is a contract between the buyer and their agent that outlines essential aspects of their relationship, such as services, agency relationship and compensation. This document establishes the partnership between the buyer and the agent and protects against potential misunderstandings.

Buyer’s Agent Agreement
